Chukko was founded in 1991 as a bright and cozy pastry shop. The founder and ideological inspirer of the institution was the famous French confectioner Jean-Pierre Glezor, a member of the Guild of the best confectionery in the world.
The excellent quality of cakes, pastries and pastries made the Chukko popular among visitors and their acquaintances, who were recommended to try this or that product. Subsequently, they returned to the confectionery already as buyers.
Chukko confectioners still use recipes and culinary secrets left over from the establishment's founding. During the existence of the confectionery, employees adopted the experience and studied with such famous masters as Nicolas Pango, Frederic Noyer, Mikael Azus, Frank Fuhrman, Louis Badenhorst and many others.
